Elliott Kitchens offer preparation kitchens in two sizes to suit your needs. The two sizes available are 6.2m and 8.6m. The kitchens offer hygenic preparation and food storage units. They can be linked to other cabins to create large scale facilities. The drawing below shows a typical layout for a 6.2m preparation kitchen.
